Zeroday.report is a vulnerability management platform operated by an individual in the United Kingdom ("we," "our," or "us"). It enables organisations to track, prioritise, and respond to security vulnerability reports, and enables security researchers to submit vulnerability reports through our platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and the operator of Zeroday.report governing your access to and use of the Zeroday.report website and services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service and that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Zeroday.report provides a platform for managing vulnerability reports, tracking vulnerability lifecycle, facilitating communication between security researchers and organisations, and public vulnerability disclosure pages. The Service acts solely as a neutral communication and coordination platform; we are not a party to any vulnerability research engagement and do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any vulnerability reports, their accuracy, completeness, or the actions taken by any party in response to them.
We support responsible disclosure. If you are a security researcher acting in good faith within the scope defined by an organisation's programme on this platform, we will not pursue legal claims against you solely for your research activity on that programme.
This safe harbour applies only when you:
This safe harbour is provided by the operator of Zeroday.report only and does not bind any organisation using the platform. Researchers must review and comply with each organisation's own programme terms.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, not attempt unauthorised access, not introduce harmful code, and not use the Service for illegal purposes.
Security researchers must follow the scope and rules defined by each organisation's programme and report vulnerabilities responsibly through the platform.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information directly.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@zeroday.report.
Price changes: We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
We are a platform provider only. We are not responsible for:
Any dispute between a researcher and an organisation regarding a vulnerability report is solely between those parties.

We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or where required by law, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR OF ZERODAY.REPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) £100 GBP.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of Zeroday.report from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your User Content; or your violation of any third party's rights.
The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a UK, EU, or US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any government restricted parties list. You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator of Zeroday.report regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
Notices to you may be delivered via email to the address associated with your account or via a notice posted on the Service. Notices to us must be sent to support@zeroday.report.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
This service is operated by an individual aged 17. While we strive to maintain professional standards, users acknowledge this is a personal project. The operator reserves the right to cease operations at any time. For significant concerns, contact a parent/guardian or legal representative.
